Department of Juvenile Justice Community-Based Services

The Foundation is contracted with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice to provide community-based mental health, substance abuse, and integrated counseling for youth re-entering the community and intake. Currently, we have counselors serving Circuits 2, 3, and 8. The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice only provides services for youth referred.

The National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and non-profit, private schools and residential childcare institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost, or free lunches to children each school day.

The program also incorporates wellness policies to promote healthy eating habits and physical activity at school.

The curriculum for Telehealth services is evidence-based and determined by the individual’s needs, which are determined in your initial evaluation. The Foundation provides Telehealth through a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform called Mend.
