WHY TELEHEALTH? Telehealth services are convenient, easy to use, and can be conducted from your smartphone, tablet, computer, or other devices. With this welcomed service, the Foundation can now assist clients from the convenience and privacy of their own homes.
Speech and Language Therapy Services
These services are available for children who are developmentally delayed and/or have disorders in:
- Speech
- Expressive and/or receptive language
- Feeding
- Swallowing
- Oral Motor
- Voice
- Fluency
- Social Skills/ Pragmatics
- Cognition
Adult Mental Health. Substance Abuse Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program, and Targeted Case Management Programs
RECOVERY SERVICES: You will receive a returned phone call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. All services are provided directly by referral. The following services are offered to individuals who live with severe and persistent mental illness. If you are unsure you have a mental illness, we can help evaluate and treat it if needed.
Youth Community-Based Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Targeted Case Management

Department of Juvenile Justice Community-Based Services
The Foundation is contracted with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice to provide community-based mental health, substance abuse, and integrated counseling for youth re-entering the community and intake. Currently, we have counselors serving Circuits 2, 3, and 8. The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice only provides services for youth referred.
National School Lunch Program
The National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and non-profit, private schools and residential childcare institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost, or free lunches to children each school day.
The program also incorporates wellness policies to promote healthy eating habits and physical activity at school.

The curriculum for Telehealth services is evidence-based and determined by the individual’s needs, which are determined in your initial evaluation. The Foundation provides Telehealth through a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform called Mend.
